Yes. Small Private Label orders can choose up to 2 scents (split 6+6 per case). Bulk orders of 100+ units can choose unlimited scents.
Lid mixing is available on bulk orders of 100+ units. Small orders of 24 units use one lid finish per case.
Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on order weight and destination. All costs are confirmed before payment is captured.
Yes. Select Local Pickup at checkout. Pickup is available at Centerville Galleria Mall. We'll notify you when your order is ready.
Yes. Private label orders are prepaid at checkout. Production begins after both payment and logo approval are confirmed.
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos to info@theluckyflame.com and we'll make it right.
Private label orders are final sale. Damaged or defective units must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
