Non-Returnable Items
- Used or burned candles, sprays, or diffusers.
- Custom or private-label orders, as they are made specifically for you.

- Approval: Once we review your request, we will provide return instructions.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your product is safely returned to us.

Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to try another product, please place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
