We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theluckyflame.com. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
