How Ordering Works

Every case is 12 bottles, splittable into up to 2 scents — for example, 6 Pink Prosecco and 6 Boaz in a single case. Want more variety on your shelf? Order additional cases in different scent pairings.

Ordering rule: 12-unit case minimum. Each case may be split across a maximum of 2 scents (e.g. 6 + 6). Additional scents beyond 2 require an additional case.

Our room spray base is VOC-free, alcohol-free, and free from DPG, phthalates, and parabens, and is California Prop 65 compliant. As with any fragranced product, we recommend patch-testing on fabric and surfaces before first use.
Freight is calculated live at checkout based on order weight and carrier rates, FOB Byron, GA. The sitewide complimentary shipping threshold does not apply to private label orders. All costs are visible and confirmed before payment is captured.
Yes. Local pickup is available at Centerville Galleria Mall. Select local pickup at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Email a photo of the affected units to info@theluckyflame.com and we'll make it right. Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window cannot be processed.
Yes. Private label orders are prepaid to begin production.
Private label orders are final sale, since each case is filled to your scent selections. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos to info@theluckyflame.com.

Clean Ingredients: 100% natural, biodegradable virgin coconut-soy wax blend. Infused with premium, phthalate-free, non-toxic fragrance and essential oils. Clean-burning cotton wicks. Lead-free, zinc-free, and paraben-free.

Candle Care & Burn Tips
  • The First Burn: Allow the wax pool to reach the edge of the vessel on your first light (approx. 2–3 hours) to prevent tunneling.
  • Trim Your Wicks: Always trim both cotton wicks to 1/4" before every single burn to ensure a clean, soot-free flame.
  • Burn Limit: Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Keep out of drafts and away from children and pets.
