Can I mix scents in one case?
Each case of 48 is poured in one scent. To offer more than one scent, add a separate case for each, and you can choose a different tin finish for every case.
What size label do the tins take?
Tin lids take a 2" round label. If you're applying your own, any 2" round label will fit. For Turnkey orders, send your artwork at 300 DPI in CMYK as an .AI, .PDF or .PNG file built on a 2" round template.
How does Turnkey Print & Apply work?
Upload your artwork at checkout (or email it to info@theluckyflame.com with your order number). We'll send a digital proof within 48 hours of receiving your file. Once you approve it, we print your labels and apply them to every tin in your case.
How long will my order take?
Orders are ready in 14 days from order confirmation. We ship within the US, and local pickup is available in Centerville, GA.
How much can I charge for my tins?
That's completely up to you. We don't set an MSRP or police resale pricing. Most 2 oz tins retail between $8 and $12, which leaves you roughly 47–65% margin on blank tins.
What burn instructions should I give my customers?
Each tin has a single cotton wick and burns 10–12 hours. Trim the wick to 1/4" before every burn, let the wax melt to the edge on the first light, burn no more than 4 hours at a time, and set the tin on a heat-safe surface away from drafts, children and pets. The tin gets hot while burning.
