Mobile Candle Making Class

1. Pick Your Date & Time: Select your preferred date and available time using the booking calendar above.

2. Choose Payment & Guest Count: Select your payment preference and your guest party to reflect your total guest count (6-guest minimum).

3. Provide Venue Address: Enter your full event location address, suite/unit number, and any parking or setup notes in the Order Notes box at checkout.

4. Mobile Setup & Pouring: We arrive at your venue prior to your start time with complete pouring stations, safety equipment, and to host your custom candle bar!

• Pay in Full: Full balance is settled at checkout to secure your date and slot.

• 50% Deposit Option: The remaining 50% balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled event date. You will receive an automated balance invoice via email to pay securely online before team arrival.

Please ensure your event space meets the following requirements prior to our team's arrival:

• Tables & Seating: Adequate, comfortable seating and flat table space for all participating guests to work on.

• Electrical Access: Access to standard indoor electrical outlets near the setup area (required for our wax-melting equipment).

• Suitable Environment: A clean, level, and indoor (or weather-protected/wind-free covered outdoor) workspace.

• Loading Access: Clear and reasonable access to the venue for our team to load and unload equipment and supplies.

Guided Fragrance Blending: Step-by-step instruction to mix custom, phthalate-free fragrance oils.

Luxury Materials: Premium coconut soy wax, cotton wicks, and heavy glass vessels.

Complete Equipment: Pouring pots, mixing tools, and table protection.

Take-Home Candle: Each guest custom-pours and labels their candle to keep.

Rescheduling (7+ Days Notice): Complimentary date changes when requested at least 7 days prior to your event. Rescheduling with less than 7 days notice is subject to a $50 re-inventory fee.

Cancellations: Bookings are non-refundable but fully transferable to another host date or convertible into store credit for physical goods.

Severe Weather: If extreme weather prevents safe travel, we will reschedule your workshop at zero penalty.
