Wholesale Terms + Policies

Thank you for choosing The Lucky Flame for your shelves.

By placing a wholesale order, you confirm you’re purchasing for resale and agree to the terms below.

Ordering

  • Wholesale is sold by the case (case size is listed on each wholesale product page).

  • MOQ: 1 case

  • Case packs: Some items allow a 2-scent split (example: 6 + 6). If you want more scent variety, you’ll need to order an additional case.

  • Custom formulas/scents are reserved for Private Label.

Payment

  • Wholesale orders are prepaid to begin production.

  • Wholesale pricing is already discounted (promo codes don’t apply).

Production + Lead Time

  • Orders typically ship 7–10 business days after payment is received (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

  • Need a rush? Email info@theluckyflame.com before ordering to confirm availability.

Shipping + Pickup

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • If local pickup is available, it will appear at checkout (and pickup instructions are sent when your order is ready).

Damages + Claims

  • Wholesale orders are final sale.

  • If anything arrives damaged/defective, email info@theluckyflame.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can fix it fast.

Warm Weather Note

  • Packages should be brought inside promptly after delivery. We package carefully, but we aren’t responsible for heat exposure after delivery.
