Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Custom orders and wholesale/private label items may require additional processing time; we will notify you by email with expected timelines.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS.

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and shipping address.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays outside of our control.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier.
Shipping Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: The Lucky Flame is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at info@theluckyflame.com.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
