Yes. Local pickup is available at Centerville Galleria Mall. Select local pickup at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Email a photo of the affected units to info@theluckyflame.com and we'll make it right. Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window cannot be processed.

Branded Wholesale or Private Label — Which One Do You Need?

Branded Wholesale features our ready-to-ship, pre-formulated, pre-labeled The Lucky Flame inventory, poured in standard production runs — you're ordering from stock we've already made. Private Label is a custom contract manufacturing service: we pour a batch specifically for your brand, from your scent and vessel/lid selections, requiring dedicated batch setups, custom scent/vessel/lid allocations, and custom proofing before it goes into production.
Wholesale is standard-run inventory we've already produced, so there's no dedicated setup cost per order — that's reflected in the flat $17.21/unit. Private Label starts higher, at $20.50/unit (Tier 1), because every order is a custom batch built around your specific brand. At 100+ units, Private Label drops to $14.50/unit and becomes the better rate, since scale absorbs the custom setup cost that makes small custom runs pricier.
