A: Our minimum order is one case of 12 candles. You can choose one scent for all 12, or split between two scents (6 and 6). There's no large upfront commitment — perfect for testing your brand before scaling.

A: Cases of 12 start at $174 (approximately $14.50 per candle). When retailed at $30–$40 each, that's a potential margin of 2–3x per candle. Volume pricing is available for orders of 5+ cases — contact us for a quote.

A: We offer four jar colors — Black, White, Blue, and Clear — with lid finish options including No Lid, Black, Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, Black Wood, and Natural Wood. This gives you 28 possible jar/lid combinations to match your brand aesthetic.
Q: Can I choose my own scents?
A: Yes! You choose from our library of 20+ signature fragrance blends — from fresh and clean to warm and gourmand. Each scent name and description is listed on this page. For custom fragrance development, contact us directly to discuss options.
Q: What file format do I need for my logo?
A: We accept PNG and PDF files. For best print quality, we recommend a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, or a vector PDF. You can upload your logo directly on this page after selecting your options.
Q: How long does it take to receive my private label candles?
A: Orders ship within 2–3 weeks after we receive your final logo approval. We'll send you a digital proof before printing anything — you approve it before we pour a single candle.
Q: Are your candles clean-burning and phthalate-free?
A: Yes. All Lucky Flame candles are made with virgin coconut soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils. They're clean-burning, non-toxic, and safe for home use — qualities your customers will love and that you can proudly put on your label.
