Wholesale Agreement Terms

We’re proud to offer clean-burning coconut soy candles to retailers who value luxury and intention. By purchasing wholesale, you affirm that you are a legitimate retail business and agree to the terms outlined below.

🛒 Ordering Guidelines

• Minimum Order: 4 products

• Maximum Order: 100 products per batch (to maintain small-batch quality)

• Custom Orders: For specific scent or packaging requests, order quantities will be discussed and agreed upon before production begins.

📦 Shipping & Fulfillment

• Shipping Location: Orders shipping outside of our Georgia delivery radius will incur shipping charges.

• Shipping Method: We use real-time USPS rates. Shipping totals will be included on your invoice prior to processing.

• Multiple Addresses: Additional fees may apply for multi-address shipping or:

  • Packages returned due to incorrect address

  • Unclaimed packages returned after 15-day USPS hold

💳 Payment & Pricing

• Retail Price: $20.21 USD for 9 oz candles

• Wholesale Price: $12.21 USD per candle (sold in cases of 12 – non-negotiable)

• Suggested Retail Margin: Please maintain a retail price within $2–$3 of ours to ensure consistency for our shared customer base.

• Prepayment: Required for all wholesale orders to cover production costs. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.

🔄 Exchanges & Damages

• No Returns: All wholesale orders are final.

• Exchanges: We allow exchanges for unused items due to scent dissatisfaction or damage/defect. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Weather Advisory: Candles ship from Byron, GA where summer heat can be intense. We package carefully, but we are not responsible for melting after delivery. Please track your package and store it in a cool, dry place upon arrival.
