To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a legitimate retail business, and by accepting our terms and conditions, you affirm that you are.
Ordering Guidelines
For wholesale purchases, we request a minimum order of 4 products. Given the capacity of our small-scale production, we ask that you do not exceed an order of 100 products at once. For custom orders (requests for specific items), the production quantity will be negotiated and agreed upon.
Shipping outside our Georgia radius to a single location necessitates the buyer covering the shipping costs. We utilize real-time USPS shipping, so the total shipping cost will be visible once the invoice is generated and sent. This process precedes the initiation of order processing.
In cases where order items are shipped to multiple addresses, the buyer is responsible not only for standard shipping costs but also any additional costs arising from situations such as:
- Return of product to our office due to incorrect address
- Return of product to our office following a 15-day post office hold labeled unclaimed (common when the mailbox is full)
Exchange Policy
We do not provide returns, but we do facilitate exchanges for damaged or defective products. If a buyer is unsatisfied with a scent, we are willing to exchange it for a more preferred option, provided the candles/room sprays show no signs of use. The buyer will bear any additional shipping fees.
Shipping from Byron, GA, where summer temperatures can be extreme, we ensure appropriate packaging to prevent melting. However, post-shipping, we cannot be held accountable for any melting on arrival. Avoid storing candles in high-heat areas (garage, shed, or mailbox). Each order comes with a USPS tracking number, and we urge you to monitor it closely and store your order in a cool, dry place immediately upon receipt.
Payment Details
Orders are placed through checkout. We will issue a receipt detailing the total order price, inclusive of shipping costs. For wholesale orders, we commence production once the order is processed. To cover the cost of materials, we require prepayment for wholesale orders.
Our retail price for 8.5 oz candles is $25.00 USD, and our 17 oz 3-wick candle is priced at $40.00 USD. We request that you maintain a similar price range (a difference of 2-3 dollars preferred) when selling in your retail store. This ensures consistent pricing for our customers and prevents any deterrence from purchasing our products.
The wholesale price for our 8.5 oz candles is $12.50 USD, and our 17 oz 3-wick candles are $20.00 USD. These are sold in cases of 4 or 12 and are non-negotiable.
